About this role We are recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join the Power Quality team in our Burnaby office. Here’s how your role will strengthen our team. Your responsibilities * Dispatching and scheduling technician and contractors * Regular customer follow ups (re: quotes, report drop offs, sending reminders for service renewals * Set up, enter and review work orders * Drafting quote letters for service department * Billing and invoicing * Reviewing reports and tracking infrared reports and customer renewals * Other administrative support as requiredYour experience and skills * 3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative support role, including dispatching experience * Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc). Experience with JDE an asset * Organized and strong attention to detail * Strong written and spoken English communication skills * Positive attitude and team player with strong customer service skills * Flexible with the proven ability to multi task in a changing, fast-paced environment * Basic electrical or construction knowledge is an assetAbout Houle As BC’s leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
