Full keel draft is 5'5" Bluewater Wood interior Fiberglass over wood Head on board 8" round brass portholes are original 10ft tin boat included with outboard crab and prawn traps, maps, charts are included Too much character to list! Comes with solar panels and wind turbine (not connected) Survey completed and haul out done in 2021. Moorage is not transferable. She needs a few fixes, some cosmetic, some down the road that aren't dire but will need attention at some point (within 5years) Wood pilothouse could use a sand and varnish, windows on pilothouse could be re-caulked only because she hasn't had in done in some time and we never got around to it because we were too busy sailing, crabbing and exploring!
