Must be able to take the directions from the manager and complete them fully. We would prefer you to be capable and qualified to do more, such as carpentry and such, so the pay would reflex the experience. Must have WCB and Insurance. The manager must be able to rely on you to follow through on your job and use your critical thinking because this property is large.
