Hi! I'm Doc Locks and I'm now offering information and services for anyone with dreadlocks or interested in dreadlocks in Victoria, BC and surrounding area. I offer natural, clean dreads for all types of hair. I've had my dreads for 12 years and I've been making dreads for other people for more than a decade. I do quality work at low rates and I've had dozens of satisfied customers over the years. Since I've had dreads for so long, I've seen what happens at every stage of development and I use this experience to help make your dread journey as stress-free as possible right from day one. My rate is $40/hour for new dreads and $45/hour for maintenance. Consultations are free by email! Just send me a message with a picture of your hair as it is now, and a couple examples of the kinds of dreads you'd like to have, and I'll give you my two cents :) I offer: Creating dreadlocks Maintenance/ cleaning up messy dreads Consultation Colour Cut/trim Separating/combining dreads I currently offer services from my home in the North Park neighbourhood in Victoria. House calls can also be negotiated. If you've been thinking about dreads, I can make sure they're done right.
