$900 · Couple looking to re-locate

Looking to move from Victoria to back home with my fiance Gary. We both don't party, and respectfully smoke outside. All areas of your property will be taken care of as if it were our own. I'm currently on disability covering rent won't be an issue. We are looking for March or April. 1 bedroom with utilities and pet friendly. As we do have a fixed indoor male cat named Biscuit and beautiful tame cage hamster named Munchie. We have only one vehicle. Street parking is fine. As rent here in Victoria is getting INSANE. We have decided it's time to move on. If you think we could be possible tenants we can be contacted by either email or phone. We are looking for SERIOUS inquiries ONLY AS WE HAVE HAD PEOPLE RENT BEFORE WE GET A CHANCE TO EVEN LOOK AT THE PLACE OR GET TO TOWN TO LOOK AT IT. Viewings are to be set in advance as we have to travel 3 hours to come view. Sundays are preferred but not necessarily, as that's Gary's only day off. Viewings booked in advance are ok.
