Clyde - German Shepherd Dog

He is just over 1 year old and he is an all around mixed breed, possibly shepherd, saint bernard, with some husky. Clyde was just surrendered to us because his previous family felt he needed more attention then they could provide for him. He is a very affectionate, sweet, boy! But he can be a bit timid and nervous of new people. He has already warmed up to all the staff here and he is just a big goofball. Clyde has met a few spayed female large breed dogs here and lived with an older large breed male dog and is great with them, but of course slow leash introductions is always recommended. He is also playful with older children. He does have a bit of separation anxiety and can be vocal when left alone. Clyde is lacking some basic manners, such as being on leash and walking nicely, and he does enjoy jumping up to say hello. In his previous home he was quite mischievous and would get into things he shouldn't. He is looking for a home that can work on his obedience training and help him manage his separation anxiety.
