Trailer is 242 square feet of dry, open potential! Months of daily work to get it to this stage. The roof was resheeted and the rubber membrane and silver insulation were replaced (over $1000 into this necessary step) I spent a lifetime gutting the inside, from the ceiling, down the walls, all the room dividers, built in furniture, kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures, carpet, flooring...and then I managed to pull the sub-flooring up (wayyy harder than I anticipated!), then decided that the old holding tanks had to go. (close to $1000 in dumping fees associated with this part of the project) I replaced the flooring and built underfloor storage, you know, for all kinds of different shit ;-) Also, I had a welder make a huge 12" deep x28"x30" shower pan/tub that hides under a hatch door in the floor. I left the clean water holding tank, refitted with new hoses, ready to integrate to your design of plumbing set up. I put in linoleum, and a nice new piece of berber carpet in the slide. I built in a nice writing desk at the biggest window. When I spent a couple of months living in it, while working on it, this summer, I got around the fact that all the lights have been disconnected and capped, by simply plugging in lamps (and a bar fridge, toaster oven, kettle, radio, computer, and television) to any of the ample amount of plug ins. As you can see in the pictures, the wiring is accessible from the currently open ceiling, to design it to your needs. There is a 20' awning that makes the living space so much larger. Overall, the trailer is 30' long; 242 sq ft inside area. This trailer is 4900 Kg GVW, with good tires and all the lights and brakes work. It's a Gulf Stream Sea Hawk. Thank you for your interest. I'm just looking to gain back as close to the $10000 im into it for, plus labour, that I possibly can. It was my intention to turn this into a tiny home/art studio. By the end of the summer, I was hired on at my ultimate dream job, and soon after, was offered an affordable rental suite just down the road from where I now work. Here, there's enough space to paint, sew, and study, leaving my trailer useless to me. Selling it to someone who's building a tiny home/studio/guest cabin/whatever. I'm open to considering trades. Nanoose Bay.
